What does the code P0175 mean?
The control module detects less oxygen than expected in bank 2's exhaust: the air-fuel mixture is too rich (too much fuel for the air coming in). It's the opposite of the "too lean" code, but often tied to the same metering components.
Common possible causes
A failing fuel pressure regulator— continuously delivers too much fuel.
Leaking injector(s)— fuel that keeps entering outside the normal cycle.
A failing MAF sensor— overestimates incoming air, skewing the mixture calculation.
A failing oxygen sensor— a skewed reading that throws off the mixture correction.
A badly clogged air filter— restricts incoming air, relatively enriching the mixture.
A faulty coolant temperature sensor— can make the module think the engine is stuck cold.
